An earlier issue with QBO and QuickBooks Time prevented some users from exporting time entries into their accounts. Our teams have resolved the issue, and after a refresh of the product users can now export those entries.

Some customers are currently unable to export their approved time entries to their QBO Payroll account due to a System Failure Error. We’ve identified the source of the problem and are working to resolve the issue.
