Investigating Issues with Transaction Processing and Settings

Update:
We are currently investigating reports of intermittent failures across our transaction module. Users may experience the following:

Company Settings: Pages may fail to load or appear blank.

Product/Service Tables: Data may not display correctly within transactions.

Tax Calculations: Automatic tax calculations are currently unavailable.

Saving Transactions: Users are currently unable to save new or existing transactions.

Our engineering team is actively working to identify the root cause. We apologize for the disruption and will provide another update as soon as more information is available.
