Some of our QuickBooks Desktop Merchant Account customers are currently unable to access the Merchant Deposits screen within their QuickBooks Desktop file. We’ve identified the source of the problem and are working to fix it. We’ll share updates on our progress.

Thank you for being patient with us as we worked to resolve Payroll function in QuickBooks. You should now be able to access Payroll.
