Resolved
The issue that was causing some customer to not access Intuit sites should be resolved at this point. The issue stemmed from a DNS issue that cuased different Intuit websites to not load when accessed through different Internet Service Providers. Update
Some customers are unable to login or access Intuit products. This include logging in to QuickBooks online, logging into CAMPS, and linking QuickBooks payments accounts with QuickBooks desktop. The issue is being caused by a connection issue with some internet service providers. We are monitoring the issue and hope that it will be resolved soon! We’ll share updates as soon as we learn more.
