Some customers are currently encountering an issue: "We're sorry, QuickBooks encountered an error while calculating tax. Try reselecting the tax rate or reentering the product/service item and saving the form again." We’re aware of this issue and are working to fix it. We’ll share updates as soon as we learn more.
