The ATO are currently experiencing issues affecting SBR (Standard Business Reporting) services. This may cause a delay for some customers lodging pay events and it may take up to 72 hours for the event status to change.
If you have lodged a pay event and the status has not changed after 72 hours, please contact support. If you are within the 72 hour window we ask for your patience and will provide further information when available.
