An earlier issue with QBO prevented some Mac users from printing PDFs from within their browser. This issue is being worked by Third Party Partners to resolve this issue with Mac print previewer. In the meantime, you can download the PDF and print from Adobe.

We have determined the root cause of the issue and we have a workaround to get you back to business. When printing a PDF from QuickBooks Online, please download the PDF to your machine and print from Adobe rather than from the browser. We’ll share any additional updates as soon as we learn more.
