Incident Report for QuickBooks

Resolved

An earlier issue with the Intuit's PayPal plugin for QBO resulted in some customers unable to view their PayPal transactions in QBO banking page.

Our teams have resolved the issue, and users should now be able to view their PayPal transactions in the QBO banking page.

If this issue has impacted you, we are working on getting you access to your PayPal transactions in the banking page, and it should be available to you within the next 2-3 days.

We apologize for the interruption in service and thank you for your patience as we worked to fix it.
