Monitoring

A fix has been implemented and we are currently monitoring the fix. Access to the Merchant Service Deposit screen is now restored.

We are continuing to monitor this process for any additional issues. This issue is considered resolved at this time.

Investigating

Some of our QuickBoooks Merchant Account customers are currently unable to access the Merchant Service Deposit window. We are currently investigating the issue and will share updates on our progress.

There are currently no workarounds.

We hope to get everything up and running soon!
