This Issue has been resolved at this point. All customers should now be able to edit or create sales transactions without any issues.

Identified

We believe we have identified the issue that is preventing sales transactions such as invoices and estimates from being edited or saved. We are currently working to resolve it as quickly as possible. More information will be released as soon as it is available.

Investigating

Some customers are currently unable to save sales transactions in to their QuickBooks online account. We’re aware of this issue and are working to fix it. We’ll share updates as soon as we learn more. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to get everything up and running soon!
