Investigating

When viewing the general ledger report in QuickBooks Online, some customers are unable to print it or export to pdf. We’re aware of this issue and are working to fix it. As we work on resolving the issue, you can export the report to excel and print from there. We’ll share updates as soon as we learn more. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to get everything up and running soon!
